CANCELLATION POLICY:  Your appointment is reserved for you. Please be aware that I schedule a limited amount of appointments to maintain the quality of service that clients have come to expect at Serenity Zone and may not be able to find a replacement when you miss an appointment. Please observe the 48 hour cancellation policy. Appointments that are cancelled without 48 hour notice will be charged in full at the next scheduled visit. Missed appointments reserved by credit card will be charged the full service amount. Missed appointments reserved with a Gift Certificate will be charged the full service scheduled and will be deducted from the Gift Certificate balance

APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING: Service scheduling is based on availability. Please be aware that the appointment schedule is often full 3-5 weeks ahead, with evening, Friday and Saturday appointments being the most popular. Please plan ahead when making your appointment.  

LATE APPOINTMENTS: Every effort will be made to provide a complete service for those arriving late. However, the service may be modified to fit in the available time remaining, with the original service charge applying. Appointments that cannot be completed due to extremely late arrivals will be considered a missed appointment and all policies regarding missed appointments will apply.

GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICIES: Gift Certificates are redeemable for services and products, are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. To prevent fraudulent use, Serenity Zone Skin Spa Gift Certificates may only be transferred to another person not named on the Certificate if Serenity Zone Skin Spa has been previously notified of the transfer and provided the name of the new recipient. Serenity Zone Skin Spa implies no guarantee regarding Gift Certificate appointments desired on a certain date by either the recipient or the giver. Should either party desire a specific date for scheduling of the Gift Certificate Service thus shall be arranged at the time of purchase to assure the specific date is available. Otherwise, appointments are on a first come, first serve basis and are scheduled based on availability. Gift Certificates are not refundable based on failure to provide a certain date or time for the Gift Certificate Service. PRODUCT RETURN POLICY:  Serenity Zone purchases may be returned unused and unopened within 2 weeks of purchase for store credit or exchange only. No cash or credit card refunds. 

Credit Card reservations are required for all first time appointments.
